About the Cover

Cover Figure

Near infrared imaging of excised tumors and organs 6 hours after injection of 0.5 nmol LLP2A-Cy5.5, a fluorochrome-conjugated α4β1 integrin-targeting peptidomimetic. LLP2A-Cy5.5 conjugate was accumulated primarily in the Molt-4 tumors. LLP2A retention in other normal organs was low, with little uptake in lymph node and skin except for the kidney. For details, see Peng et al. in this issue.
